Features
- ISO 5211 mounting pad provided on the top plate for direct installation of a wide range of actuators and gear operators, ensuring easy automation and interchangeability.
- Precision-engineered seal ring assembly securely retained on the disc using a matching metal retainer, forming a rigid and durable composite sealing unit with excellent alignment and stability.
- Integral hard-faced Stellite seat welded into the valve body, offering superior wear resistance, long service life, and reliable performance in high-temperature and high-pressure applications.
- Monoblock (one-piece) valve body construction enhances structural strength, eliminates potential leakage paths, and improves overall valve integrity.
- Replaceable laminated seal ring mounted on the disc and precision-machined for tight shut-off in both flow directions, enabling true bi-directional sealing and easy maintenance.
